BEOS AG is the leading asset manager and developer of corporate real estate in Germany. From its headquarters in Berlin and regional offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart, the company, which was founded in 1997, has an interdisciplinary team of around 240 employees and today manages a portfolio of 165 commercial properties with approximately 1,800 tenants, a rental area of approximately 4.3 million square metres and a total investment volume of more than 6.6 billion euros (*based on gross asset value, as of December 31, 2022).

In 2010, we paved the way for German institutional investors to participate in what was at the time the new asset class of corporate real estate. The launch of BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany I marked the start of a successful series that now comprises four open-ended special real estate AIFs and has been supplemented in recent years with a range of additional investment products, such as the BEOS Value Investment Fund Germany I repositioning fund, which was launched in 2016.
